ChaterApp Messenger is a FREE Geolocation based messaging App available for iPhone and other smartphones which allows you locate people in your range (5000ft or 1524m) and people in your existing phone contact to message, so you can make new friends, and connect with your existing friends and family. ChaterApp allows you to message people via satellite using your phones Internet connection (4G/3G/2G/EDGE or Wi-Fi, as available).
